Exceeded all expectations

Location and very friendly staff.

The windows of every room (including the bathroom) have no privacy as they all look out to a central area with windows of other guests rooms directly opposite and you have to keep the blinds closed and the lights permanently on so have no natural daylight. The property is not the cheapest and they charge quite a lot per night extra for a balcony otherwise the only outside space is the roof terrace with views when standing leaning over the wall but just walls when lying relaxing on the sun beds provided there is a shower to cool down if needed. The TV was the smallest you could possibly get away with and the British TV channels were very limited basically to BBC world news or channel 4. My wife wanted a bath but there was no bath plug I asked at reception and was initially told they don’t want guests to have a bath for health and safety reasons and when I challenged this pointing out that having a shower standing up and stepping in and out was probably more of a risk the receptionists then said that the bath overflow was not connected and It might flood the room below for which we would be liable to pay for any damage very strange!!! Calling the apartments Suites is very misleading. The rooms were only serviced once every three days ( we were there for an fortnight) and our bedding we suspect was turned rather than changed every time! because there was a black mark on the top cover which was not changed at all!! You have to ask for clean towels in between services. There are no bedside floor mats and sand gets everywhere. All in all ok for a few days stay as a base.

Staff location and cleanliness very good

Bath from above leaked down into our apartment and all others were full had to wait till nxt morning to be moved! Apartments modern and very clean but very noisey! noise from everywhere above below in corridors and in courtyard outside all the time

Location. On the edge of old town and next to the beach. In the middle of everything.

I loved it. I love the beach and seawater. My teenage daughter missed having a pool.

Location and staff at reception were excellent.

No view from windows only white walls and no balcony. We searched for the tv. It was so tiny and up in the corner of the room. At nearly £600 for 7 nights we thought it was very expensive for no view or balcony but the location was great.
