Didn’t get a nice view

The rooms are big and perfect for what we needed, in an area that is ideal for beach, shopping, restaurants etc. The staff make this hotel, all are fabulous but a special mention to Patricia that we mainly dealt with sorting everything we needed for our trip. We payed the extra for a balcony and sea view, a little pricey but we felt it worth the cost. We have already booked to come back next year which will be the first time we have ever returned to a hotel.

Pillows and bedding could have been better

Central location in old town easy walking distance to beach,bars and restaurants.

If I could possibly say anything,maybe to have a room with a view instead of an inward courtyard.

We had an apartment on the 4th floor with sea view for 2 weeks , all of the reception staff were lovely and Patricia really helpful getting a mobilty scooter sorted , apartments were clean and furnished with all you’d need , ideal spot and over milords express cafe , we made friends with the staff there too , and had a nightly night cap before going to our room , my only gripe is sunbeds being dragged round early morning on the roof terrace which was above us and inconsiderate guests slamming doors at 2 in the morning when they came in … but the staff cant control that .
