Great location, excelent staff, no so great food. We will come again… Perfect place to swim and enjoy great wether when in Europe is winter.

Hotel Location and Grounds: The hotel’s location and surrounding area are excellent — we have no complaints in this regard. Room: The room was cleaned daily, and we are very satisfied with the housekeeping staff, who were helpful and always checked if everything was okay. Unfortunately, the room itself leaves much to be desired: • The bathroom sink is cracked, and the faucet is loose and leaking; • The bathroom mirror is damaged; • There is mold in the bathroom, painted over around the floor, and the tiles are dirty from paint; • The fridge in the room was very dirty, covered with dried oil paint; • The curtains are yellowed from the sun; • Old wooden furniture is coated with a smelly varnish; • The beds creak, and the mattresses are yellowed. Facilities and Services: We will not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will not return ourselves. • The gym is in terrible condition, nothing works, and the ceiling is falling apart; • The restaurant offers mediocre food; • The only positive aspects are the friendly staff, the location, and the hotel grounds. Renovations: Ongoing renovations (drilling in the walls) were very disruptive. Either the hotel should close for a full renovation or not renovate piece by piece, as this ruins the stay for paying guests.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the resort. Beautiful beach with coral reef, breathtaking views, the room was decent although could use some renovations but it was clean and spacious. The food was very good - worth mentioning I am gluten intolerant (celiac desease) and there were some options to choose from - if not, the kitchen always had some beef to serve for me without any sauces ect. Really good breakfast options and the dinner with local food I enjoyed the most. Special thanks to the lifeguard at the small pool Ahmedeid - very helpful, kind and always smiling 😊 and to Hany - our favourite waiter 😊 But please do something about the French music at the Lobby Bar, the Cuban music was great but the French songs make you fall asleep 😂 Thank you Brayka for the lovely stay, I'll be back for sure! ❤️

We stayed at this hotel 2 months ago and would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel staff. All employees were extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. Special greetings to Hany and Grzesiek — although it must be said that everyone was amazing and took great care of our comfort. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

Very beautiful coral reefs , nice and green territory. Good weather and Hidden beach from the wind. Warm and beautiful sea! Good SPA was presented , with hammam and massage. Yoga every day. Food was nice, a lot of sweets, it was expected more fruits and greens, but there weren't, falafel was too dry, and grilled vegies too salt, overall 7/10. However the food in main dinner restaurant was much more tasty than in A'LA Cart restaurant (don't recommend a'la cart at all) Not all staff was polite and supportive, unfortunately. There were a problems with hot water in shower and water pressure every day (if you live on the 2nd floor). Cleaning room was 7 out of 10.

Very nice hotel with the best service in whole Egyt. The management cares a lot that we had the perfect vacation and the best apartment in the hotel with a breathtaking view over the Red Sea. Mohammed our guy for the room keeping did a perfect job. Special thanks for him. I hope we can enjoy the same vacation in 2026 when we come back again for the 5th time.
