"wonderful choice to stay in Luzern"

The location was 10 out of 10. very close to the station and a wonderful view of Karpel bridge which makes you feel so good even if you are in the room

"Best location possible"

The view out the front is stunning. the only change we would make if we visited again would be to spring for a water view room with a balcony. The balcony doubles the value of the view.

Convenient location the balcony was nice.

I didn’t like the fact that the maid STOLE MY CLOTHES ‼️🤬 My irreversible rain coat that I loved, my beautiful cream color linen jacket, my black very very expensive sun dress, and a brand new white shirt that I never got to wear!!!! The front desk woman denied that anything was wrong! I was extremely upset!!! And I will not give a good review for this because NO ONE EVEN CARED🤷‍♀️ This is very bad hospitality and customer service ‼️😡🤬🤬
