CLUB AQUA PLAZA

Aqua Fun City facilities. There are five bars throughout the hotel. Great private beach. The room was very comfortable. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk, Maya, was always smiling and quite nice. In accordance to my flight schedules, she and her colleague (Kai?) allowed me to check in early in the morning upon my arrival at the hotel and allowed me to check out late at 05.00 PM which was very convenient for me and for that I am very grateful. The location is good and not far from Alara Grand Bazaar, but the supermarkets and Soho Bazaar near the hotel are a bit expensive. Breakfast and drinks were very good. I wanted to extend my stay at the hotel but the hotel was about to close the next day after my stay.

Lunch and dinner were a bit poor. They were the same and every day the same food. So they need some improvement and more diversity. But maybe it was so because the hotel was about to close next day after my stay. Unfortunately, the receptionist, who was working after 04.00 pm on Monday, November 6, 2023, I don't know why he was so condescending and not friendly at all and did not even want to hear to what I had to say. Internet service is very poor, it was constantly disconnecting and then coming back, even in the lobby area.

Breakfast was good, but the eggs were cold sometimes, lunch and dinner had good varity too,there was good varity of food at snack bar, my kids enjoyed waffles and different flavours of ice cream at snack bar, location was very good, near Alara bazar, theres free bus service to Alara bazar. all staff was very kind and approachable.Maya the receptionist welcomed us and upgraded us with 3 bedroom villa as our rooms were apart, so she showed us the villa, and we were happy to take it, it was behind the reception near to beach quite peaceful area, we had 2 jacuzzi tub just outside our villa, and 2 hammocks, and sitting area which was very relaxing environment.The manager Ahmed was very nice man he used to come see evryone everyday in all areas of lobby, dinner halls, he had so many cats, kittens in his resort the best cutest kitten was Ozmen he was tuxedo, our kids enjoyed playing with all the cats and kittens, every guest and children used to feed them, they were very clean and friendly. Water park with tube slides were the best fun ever, pools were very spacious, Over all we loved staying at this place and we defo recommend it.

At late soup can add some more food.

Nothing, it was a scam.

They tried to charge me 200 euro more in order to stay at this hotel. I had the reservation confirmed on booking but they tried to charge me more. I had to find another hotel because the manager did not accept my reservation with the Booking price.

Kids liked the swimming and slides etc.

Beds were uncomfortable. Wifi/internet was poor. Hardly get it working during my 5 days stay. Food was poor. Market next to hotel was rip off (very expensive).

Great location, directly on the beach. The room was super comfy and very well cleaned every day. We enjoyed the daily entertainment very much, there is always something to do. Also, the majority of the staff is super friendly, especially the lifeguards at the slides: they made the experience much more fun! The best part was the Turkish night with local food and Turkish show.

The guy in the bar with the face tattoos was very rude sometimes. It felt like he's bothered by the guests. Maya on the reception wasn't welcoming at our arrival either, but later she turned out to be quite nice.

Staff were absolutely brilliant. Food was excellent. Pools and slide were very good.

Mattresses were too hard.
