Very close to knock shrine

Work was being done, I do understand that it needs to be done but we were not told and they were banging, drilling and sawing right about our rooms until gone 9pam. We were very tired after a day of travelling and visiting the shrine so been disturbed with all the drilling work directly above our rooms. I did try and call reception from my room to ask how long it would be going on but they never answered so I had to go upto reception and they didn’t apologise they just said they think it would be working until around 9pm. Also heating very hot and miss they put the radiators on for a short blast then turn it off and the rooms were freezing

Very handy to the Shine in Knock , and the staff are very helpful to us.

The most important thing about the location is very near to where you want to go.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. All staff were absolutely brilliant, helpful and very friendly. The room was clean upon arrival and we had towels changed after our first night. The food was exceptional!

Amazing location with regards to the church.

Breakfast - porridge inedible , ran out of food at breakfast and a long wait for very basic food. Insisted we give a time we would be arriving for breakfast - but then no table for us. Reception staff rude and ignored you if you approached and carried on with their task without even acknowledging the guests.

The staff quickly sort out the issue with the heating. We had our lunch and supper at the hotel and the food are fabulous and their breakfast has a lot of choices.
