Knock House Hotel

The hotel is in a perfect location walking distance from the shrine and the staff are friendly and helpful Rooms are clean and comfortable the breakfast is good but needs a bit of varity Feel very safe in the area. Lovely well kept gardens Prayer rooms with a Piano is lovely -

do not have self service coffee /Tea machine - some fresh fruit salad or bowl of fruit (bananas, apples, oranges) - need filing up hot food frequently to avoid running out

Property was very Central.

I asked for a cup of coffee. Wait time 20mins. The Staff in the Restaurant were not great . Very slow.

For a 3* hotel, my stay experience was better than anticipated. Breakfast was good, a few options to choose from, although the extras can be made clearer so you know what is outside the inclusive breakfast and the costs. I was late for breakfast as I was coming from the Shrine and the staff were accommodating so I still could order a hot breakfast. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The location was great for me as I just crossed the road to get to the Shrine, which was the reason for my trip. Overall 4/5.

My room was double booked. 30mins after checking in a man tried to enter my room. Staff sorted it quickly. Room gets cold after central heating is switched off - maybe guests can turn off/adjust radiators in room to suit needs? At checkout, billed for something extra, staff could not tell me what it was for but removed it so did not pay.

overall the Hotel was very comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was lovely. The location was perfect

Yes breakfast was good, We stay 3 times every year in the knock house hotel and enjoy it , One thing we like a few drinks and the Bar is a bit hit & Miss

I would not have seen anything i did not like ,Clean & warm , food good
