Excellent location and close to the sea

Shower too hot ,1 sink not able to empty ,shower cubicle too dark and enclosed.

Room was big with lovely views. Very clean

Very thin walls for bedroom next door. They were not noisey but could almost hear their conversation through walls. 2 of the rooms in spa were out of order.

Everything was beautifull staff was really lovely id highly recommed this spa hotel to all my freinds and family

Private access to Cove Beach

2 Bed appt needed some upgrading. Very dark, bathrooms need shelves. Master bedroom had no window only Patio Doors not safe to open while you sleep. Kitchen could do with more crockery , tea pot and a coffee machine

Honest opinion- The Staff were fantastic through out hotel, Bed was very comfortable, i thought the furniture in room was very chipped and dated. Breakfast was really good but evening food was mediocre. There was a smell of mould in aromatherapy steam room . The sauna was not as hot as I would like. The reception area is fab. It felt overpriced for what it was. The walk to the beech was lovely. The TVs in room are very dated.

The hotel was physically attractive. The staff at reception were helpful .Service in bar good

I think the sound proofing in bedrooms poor and although I slept well if people occupying bedrooms above me it may have been difficult. Bar and grill attractive near bar area but somewhat plain in large area. Food was varied. First night in grill I had fish and chips. I could smell cooking oil, batter very thick in parts and fish skimpy. Further meals ok.
