Quick check-in, facilities such as pools and different bars. The staff are very active and welcoming, the beach is clean, music is played at all bars, and the animation team’s shows are performed diligently. The gym equipment consisted of modern machines.

Elevators are not available in all buildings, only one building has them. The sliders are small, but only a few guests are interested in them. The Wi-Fi was poor even in the lobby.

The best things about my stay were the beach, food and the excellent service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the overall experience.

Excelente calidad del personal, llegamos antes y nos dieron la habitación, muy buena la comida! La habitación muy amplia y limpia! Lo recomiendo!

Great experience! Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean throughout. The animation team was nice and kept things lively, and we especially appreciated the guards around the pool who always kept an eye out, making it feel very safe for children.

Show times didn't always follow the schedule, but it wasn't a major issue for us.
