Nice Villa ! It's in a wonderful location quiet place, friendly Staff !

The outside of the villa was really nice. The pool was clean and deep, the garden was really beautiful.

In the reality the room wasn't the same like in the picture. The bathroom was horrible, we can't even open the tap. The enamel was worn off the tub.

The property is perfect. The rooms are big, there is a pool outside the house, and the owner is always available for any problems. It is a very good building to spend your holiday in Corfu. It could be far from Dassia or Ypsos but with a motorcycle in 5 minutes you can arrive everywhere. The rooms are cleaned every 2 days, and the staff is very efficient. I suggest to everyone this building, very comfortable and the owner is confident, polite and friendly.

The bathrooms are not perfect, but they are good.

Everything was very clean. The location is beautiful and so quiet, very close to taverna, supermarket and bus stop. The pool was large and very clean. Beautiful hospitality!!! I recommend this place.

The pictures in Booking.com do not convey the real situation - the real deal is much better than we expected :) We had an apartment with 3 balconies - two of them had a sea and pool view and third we didn't even use. As we wanted to make our own breakfast, then the apartment was perfect for that. There was plenty of room for two people - big kitchen with 2 smaller beds and a dining table and the master bedroom with large bed (which is quite unique in Corfu). The staff gave us enough privacy which was really enjoyable. You definitely need a car to reach there. Btw, the hallway smelled very well! :)

The coffee machine didn't work but the staff brought us a brand new one immediately. We had a wasp's nest on our balcony but luckily they didn't bother us much. There was no cleaning necessary label to hang on the door - that could have saved the cleaning lady's time. The pool's bottom colored our foot soles blue but it's ok to be a bit smurf :)

Leiligheten vi først fikk var for liten og dårlig standard i forhold til det vi forventet. Men etter å ha snakket med bestyreren, fikk vi lovnad om at vi skulle få en annen leilighet. Vi fikk det dagen etter vi hadde bedt om det. Mye bedre standard, mye større plass i fellesområdet. Rolig sted, bra størrelse på bassenget og kort vei til dagligvare butikk. ca. 25 min til tettsted/by der buss, utleie av div transportmiddler, resturanter og strand var. Bestyrer og hennes to barn driver hotellet i tillegg til renholder. Veldig hyggelige folk som ga god service. Men har noe å gå på hva angår tilbud på mat, tilbereding av denne og laging av drinker. Totalintrykket er ett hotell med god service, hyggelig betjening og fint området som tross at det ligger litt rolig til ligger i akseptabel avstand til det du måtte trenge av tjenester og utfartsmuligheter. Enten du er ute etter å utforske øya, senke skuldrene og slappe av, finne ut hva Corfu kan tilby eller litt av alle de foregående tingene så er dette en fin plass.

Villa Yannis it s a big fraud, fake marketing, you don t get what you are told in the commercials or booking sites, as I could see on the booking sites the AC appears as a facility but nobody tells you that u have to pay separately for it and that it s not included in the price, me and my family stood 7 days and we had to pay 115 euros for the ac but that s not all, we had an appartment (number 4) with 2 rooms which had an ac and first they told us that to turn on one costs 7-8 euros and I said ok it s enough one and they said well we can turn on the ac only if we turn on both so that they take more money, I also asked other clients that were there and one guy who was german told me that the ac was included and then when I asked the owner she said it s not true every client pays for the ac...So yeah, germans are treated better then romanians, call that racism if u want, I m pretty used to that anyways...No hospitality, there s no one to help in case u need anything you always have to call the owner because usually there s no one at the reception, also the agency told us about a traditional music night where I guess a band should have come on every Thursday to sing but nah that didn t happenned, btw the wi-fi is really bad, and the last thing.. the owen was a mess I could fry two eggs in 45 minutes so yeah, don t come here it s not worth it!

Wonderful place. Perfect location. Easy to get around from Dassia. Wonderful view and surrondings. Very clean. Very polite and helpful staff. The pool is very clean and so is the whole area. We really enjoyed staying here. We are comming back.

If you're looking for a nice quiet location this was good located, if you have a car. Without a car it's quite a walk to the Main Street. There's a bus that stops nearby but we did not use it since we rented a car for the whole stay. If you're planning to rent a car, I can highly recommend Hermes Rental Cars. They would bring and pick up the car at your location, whenever is convenient for you. Back to Villa Yannis. It was overall good value for money, but a few things bothered us: 1) we knew the airco is not included in the price but we did not expect 14 Euros per day! we find this quite outrageous! Luckily there was a nice breeze at night so we didn't need it for most of the stay, however, when you leave the windows open you also hear at night the barking dogs and early in the morning the rooster... 2) cleaning: the first week was ok but the second week they only emptied the garbage bins and we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. 3) shower: small cubic shower with a curtain, which means the whole bathroom was flooded after first shower and we didn't have anything to clean it with. 4) kitchen: good enough for breakfast but don't plan to cook. It took for ever for the old cooking plates to get warm. 5) Ants: we had ants in the kitchen and bathroom, and the vesps in the balcony did not let us eat quietly. 6) the bar: there was no one available most of the time and the pool/bar closed at 20:00 so there was no place to have a drink or hang around in the evening. Positive things: 1) quiet location 2) nice swimming pool 3) price/quality not bad 4) private parking spots 5) free wifi

We booked a summers break in Corfu staying on villa yannis back in January to come out here at the end of August. Paying a decent price we thought we’d bagged a good deal in a good location in Corfu. However this was definitely not the case.... Problem number one: we booked the apartment number 14 advertised as a promo that comes with a hob small bedroom no balcony and a microwave. Let me start by saying the air con is 14 euros per night!! Which is not advertised and is also completely ridiculous! The next problem was...our hob did not work. The hob would get hot enough to warm food but not cook taking 40 minutes to warm and omelette. We had to complain twice for this to be resolved and all we got was a small camping hob to replace! Not impressed. The next issue we had with Villa Yannis was the pool. The pool was lovely and clean, and was advertised with a bar which we had planned to use. However no service ever came and we were never able to buy any food or drink, we took this that the sign on poolside telling us was redundant telling us we couldn’t bring food or drink into the poolside area after all we couldn’t buy any right! Oh no completely wrong! On our 4th day we were rudely shouted at by the owner telling us we couldn’t eat or drink by the pool and had to buy drinks! When I explained for one that this was a self catering apartment so therefore we should be able taand also the lack of bar staff made it impossible to be served! This was simply disregarded. And finally...the room. Apartment 14. Quite possibly the worst place I have ever paid £400 for. Utterly awful. Two small windows no natural night limited hot water no microwave limited utensils and to top it off an awful shower and no air con unless you pay the insane fee! I can quite comfortably say this is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. (And I stayed in a £15 per night hostel in Barcelona) DO NOT BOOK VILLA YANNIS!
