Hotel Parking is expensive, £20 per day and the parking space in the basement of the hotel is very, steep, narrow and difficult to use. Balconies have very low railings, dangerous for the children. The beach is stunning and the area is very beautiful.

We had to pay a deposit for the room of €100, it was on the booking but we hadn't noticed. The deposit was paid by credit card, but they don't refund until midnight on the day you leave. Apparently it is only pre authorisation but none of this was explained properly at check in. The room had a really bad problem with the smell of the drains, we complained several times and all that was done was putting cleaning products down the toilet and sink so obviously the smell returned. Cleaning only takes place every 3 days so this made the situation worse. The beds seemed ok at first, but by the end of the week they seemed to get harder and more uncomfortable. I guess they just need renewing. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, a small packet of washing up liquid and a cloth were left for us which was helpful.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade. Es gibt viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Zum Strand waren es in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Hotel muito bem localizado, staff simpaticos, o único ponto que achei negativo foi não ter secador de cabelo e o wi fi ser pago por diária.

The area was beautiful and local to all the beaches and restaurants. We were very surprised to find that a lot of the things that were stated as amenities were additional costs once we arrived (parking $20 per day, Wi-Fi $5 per day, the safe $2.50 per day) which was in addition to the paid in full amount we spent. There were other area hotels that had those amenities included In the cost. The apartment was spacious but the beds were very hard (not sure if that’s a European thing but not comfortable). After paying the $20 a day for parking, we had to park in an extremely small garage that barely had any available spots because majority were blocked off for the apartments. We enjoyed our time in Portugal in the area, but if we were to return I would look into another hotel.

Great location

Very good: kitchen, good views from balcony, friendly staff, close to beach and nightlife. caveats: Wifi in room 5.- per day, parking 20.- per day or 105.- per week. Parking situation around highly busy.
