"Espaçoso e boa luz natural; melhorar o aquecimento"

Correu bem, o apartamento estava limpo, é espaçoso e bom muito boa iluminação natural. Dava para ver o mar e a praia doa quarto, e o rio da sala. O único ponto que podia ser melhorado é o aquecimento, que podia ser mais forte. Foi suficiente para manter uma temperatura minimamente confortável mas a verdade é que também não fez muito frio. Caso os dias tivessem sido mais frios, não tenho a certeza se o nível de conforto térmico seria o adequado.
