Al Moudira Hotel

The location and facilities are outstanding however as I had a bad accident in the room I must rate it down

We booked the Fountain Suite as this was a holiday of a lifetime. We stayed at Al Moudira for 2 nights only 3 days into our 10 day trip to Egypt. The room and shower were beautiful but DEADLY - steep stairs down into a shower with no handrail, no non-slip protection and no non-slip tiles. I slipped, hit my head, damaged my foot, back and fractured my ribs. We had to insist on having the incident documented. The hotel called a local Dr and then expected us to pay, until we said “no” and they then gave us free breakfast as compensation? Not a great response, considering that my mobility and the rest of my long planned holiday were severely impacted. Weeks later, I still have extensive rib pain affecting my work, sleep and well being. The shower is a significant danger to guests and a basic safety inspection by the hotel would have highlighted this.

Magnifique Hôtel décoré avec gout. Au milieu de Jardins, une véritable Oasis :) Une grande ferme très intéressante à visiter faisant parti de l'hôtel. Restaurant de qualité. Merci.

不含早餐，早餐和在店吃饭都挺贵的，打车根本没人接单，酒店叫车的话需要等很久，酒店帮叫车到帝王谷大概60美元左右，小贵，第二天预定的热气球，热气球公司都嫌远不愿意来接，个人觉得如果要去景点住这里不方便，如果是纯休闲不出酒店的话可以入住

Lieu exceptionnel d'une grande beauté. Tout y est magnifique: les chambres agencé avec grand goût et élégance, l'immense parc avec sa végétation extraordinaire. Tout y est esthétique, raffiné, beau. On se trouve dans un havre de paix duquel on n'aimerait plus devoir partir. Atmosphère détendue, mais toujours élégante. Le vrai luxe, tel qu'on l'aime.

Les prix totalement hors sol des cartes des restaurants: en dollars, avec presque 30% de taxes à ajouter. Pour deux pizzas, deux glaces, de l'eau et des cafés plus de 70 dollars! Et je passe sur les prix des diners... La nourriture n'a rien d'exceptionnel. Clairement, c'est le point faible de ce lieu par ailleurs si parfait. C'est bien dommage. Autre remarque: il manque un pommeau de douche flexible dans la salle de bain, du moins dans notre suite familiale. Et aussi: le frigo était très bruyant, bourdonnant toute la nuit. Tout cela ne nous a pas empêché d'adorer cet hôtel et nous espérons y revenir très vite.
