The food was outstanding, and the outdoor onsen (men's) was excellent (indoor was good too).

The layout of the rooms were neat and efficient. However, the futon/couch was not comfortable to sit on. A tiny nitpick, overall I found the hotel wonderful.

我們於3月14下午3點多於飯店大廳櫃檯辦理入住，並同時與朋友共3人預訂18點15分的晚餐，然而到預定時間前往，我朋友2人居然沒有預定紀錄，現場服務員告知若藥3人一起用餐要等到19時才有！ 但我們手上有入住時櫃檯給的單子，上面明確寫著晚餐18:15，於是前往大廳櫃檯詢問，想不到櫃檯人員（較年長男性）竟是一副傲慢，的態度，並將那張單子拿走把原來時間直接劃掉改成19時！ 我認為這相當無禮，有失服務人員應有之態度（甚至不適任這工作），連個道歉都很難嗎？我想這飯店的管理有相當大的問題！ 想入住這裡請三思！
