"A bit tired."

Great huge room. Soft beds. Really nice onsen. Short drive to skiing.

Really long confusing walk to get to room. And carry bags up a flight of stairs to get to the lift. There is a second entrance that fixes this.

"飯店回應慢，無法聯絡接駁，設備老舊"

冬天時，雪量厚，兩側道路堆成雪壁，擁有無敵美景。

1.房間內使用燃燒煤油的加熱器，充滿濃濃油味 2.訂房後，多次發送訊息聯絡接駁事宜，皆無回應，最後只好自己額外花錢坐巴士上山，服務令人失望。 3.設備老舊，房間廁所有異味。

"総合的に考えて価格相応だった"

大浴場も露天風呂も本当に素晴らしかったです。 また入りたいと思ってます。 朝食も色んな種類のものを食べれて地のものにもトライできて良かった。フロントの方がカメラを褒めてくれて嬉しかった。

部屋の清潔さが欠けている点がもったいない。 緑茶のパックが入ってる入れ物に髪の毛が入っていたりちょっと埃っぽいところがあったりともう少し掃除に力が入っていれば100点だったと思います。あとスタッフのおじさんが忙しいというのもあると思うんだけど少し態度が悪いように感じた。もう少しオープンなスタンスでやって欲しいと思います。

La ubicación, el onsen y el buffet, la pista de ski de tazawa está al lado y el lago también x

Las ventanas del cuarto estaban cubiertas de hielo nieve y apenas había luz natural.. En booking ponía que las personas con tatuajes no podían usar el onsen ni las instalaciones compartidas y en ningún momento nos dijeron nada ni ponía nada en ningún sitio, no tuvimos problema.

"Bedankt dat ik mocht verblijven"

Het buitenbad was heerlijk met de sneeuw. En na het lezen van alle andere reviews wisten we dat het gebouw oud zou zijn, en dat klopt. Maar het werkte allemaal en de locatie is goed. En het buffet had allemaal regionale specialiteiten.

De badkamer rook naar je oude oom die al 40 jaar kettingroker is.
