Locatie was redelijk, verder was het drama!

Op het eerste oog netjes, maar als je goed kijkt erg vies, niet goed schoongemaakt en achterstallig onderhoud. Hoeslaken en dekbed voor slaapbank oud en vies. Personeel kan met niks helpen, lichten je verkeerd in en moeten alles overleggen met de back office, erg vervelend. Kortom, een grote smet op ons verblijf in Lissabon.

El personal fue muy amable. Tiene muy buena ubicación y el parking ayuda mucho aunque haya que pagar. Muy limpio y con los implementos básicos de cocina.

El sofá cama estaba muy incómodo pero nos ayudaron a darle solución con otro colchón.

"Nice, but only if you are in the new building."

Nice & modern, good sized space. Be aware that there are two buildings, after upgrading we found ourselves across the road in the newer one, which suited us well. The staff were lovely. Internet speed was really good - 500mbps.

Initially, we booked a ‘superior’ room - this was in the old building - where the check-in desk is. The room was small, it smelled a bit, and it was quite rundown, we weren’t impressed. We asked to be moved to a bigger room and for an extra €30 a night they moved us across the road into the new building. If you book make absolutely sure you are in the new building. Annoyingly there was no coffee machine in the kitchen - which is kinda essential in an apartment line this, also (not a massive deal but a bit dumb) there were wardrobes but no hangers to hang anything up in them. We were a bit annoyed that they charged us an extra €30 a night for a travel cot, it seemed very excessive.
