"Great location, great property and great hosts"

Fantastic location with great walks on the "doorstep" with footpaths and a canal. Kinver is a lovely place to visit with the NT Rock Houses walking distance from the dovecote. Larry and Anni (proprietors) are lovely welcoming people who checked wwith us that all was well during our stay. The dovecote is cleverly and imaginatvely designed and perfect for a couple with an upstairs and downstairs. You do need the lights but they light the dovecote very well and the facilities (shower room, kitchen etc) are top notch. There was a comprehensive "welcome pack" of food to get you started. A great place to which we would happily re-visit

Nothing about the dovecote or location that we did not like. Just be ready for the slightly bumpy unadopted road to access the dovecote but this is not a problem and relatively short.

The hosts were really lovely, the welcome pack was excellent, the accommodation is fantastic and the towel’s, bedding, facilities were luxurious.

"To be able to walk from the property straight onto public footpaths with the dogs was fantastic."

The welcome pack was much appreciated. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Sleeping was on a sofa bed. It was OK but we are used to a much firmer mattress.

Location was incredible and the place was beautifully refurbished. Host very easy to get hold of, will definitely stay again

The bed could have been a little bit softer but Im being picky and I would have loved a gate on the outside corridor entrance so I could let the dog out of the door safely but again it was not an issue.

"Great cosy hideaway"

Fabulous location (just bear in mind it's down an unadopted lane, but it was no problem for a small sports car. Hosts were great and had interesting stories about the renovation of the dovecote. Every facility was available including an air fryer (though there is no oven), microwave, fridge etc. Very cosy in the winter and highly recommended with good walks along the nearby canal as well as many places of interest. The village of Kinver is a very short drive or easy walk and has a couple of excellent restaurants and several pubs serving food.
