Da simpatia da Fabrina, que prontamente resolveu todas as situações que ocorreram.

Dos mal entendidos causados pela reserva através do Booking, que não parece estar ajustada com o serviço. (Por exemplo: ser possível pedir cama extra para criança, mas seria só para outro quarto e não para o selecionado)
