After our reservation was confirmed, we were contacted and given all the necessary information. The welcome was very warm and attentive, everything was very easy. There was a reception desk at the property and all additional needs were immediately met. It's a historic building and very spacious. The room was quite large and modernly designed. The beds were comfortable. Water, coffee, tea and small breakfast items were available in the kitchen. The kitchen was quite adequate. The property was very clean and completely met our expectations. Being within walking distance of everything and the station makes exploring Bologna very easy. Our stay was very pleasant. We were able to leave our luggage at the property until our train time. Thank you to Corinna, Ramona and all the staff for their friendly attitude and attention. This will be our home in Bologna from now on.

"The location and apartment were nice but it was hot in the room despite having set the AC to low."

Die Lage war fantastisch! Ebenso die Ausstattung. Der Self-Check-In war wirklich umfassend und gut erklärt - obwohl ich mich bei so etwas manchmal gerne doof anstelle, habe ich es problemlos hinbekommen und wurde dann von einem wunderschönen Apartment empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war ebenfalls ganz besonders schön! Ich habe den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und freue mich jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal! Vielen lieben Dank für Alles!

Wir waren 5 Nächte (Dien.-Sam.) in Nummer 12 untergebracht - schönes Apartment! Ein Fenster führt zum Innenhof und wir konnten alle Nächte bei geöffnetem Fenster bestens schlafen! Das Team an der Rezeption macht einen tollen Job - war jederzeit hilfsbereit und hatte wertvolle Tipps bzgl Restaurants! Wir waren begeistert!!
