The apartment itself was stylishly designed and well located in Bologna, with comfortable furnishings and a nice aesthetic.

There was a severe, foul smell throughout the flat that we could not locate the source of, making it impossible to stay. We contacted the host via WhatsApp around 22:00 reporting the issue and requesting a room change or housekeeping inspection. The host’s only response was that “the earliest a staff member will get back to you on this is in the morning” — completely unacceptable for a guest already checked in for the night. We made multiple attempts to call (no answer) and were left with no resolution and no alternative accommodation offered. For a property charging this rate, the lack of any responsive support for a habitability issue was a serious failure.

Месторасположение идеальное, 3 минуты и в центре. Очень приятные апартаменты. Отдельно хочу отметить стаф. Очень доброжелательные, готовы всегда помочь. Большая благодарность Рамоне за терпение.

Enorm ruime kamer met alle benodigdheden. De locatie was top, binnen 5-10 minuutjes wandelen midden in het centrum. 15 minuutjes vanaf het centraal station. Ondanks dat er geen echte receptie is, was er tussen 9 en 21 altijd wel iemand aanwezig in het kantoortje. Het contact via WhatsApp was enorm fijn!

Vliegjes in de badkamer, waarschijnlijk door wat resten in het doucheputje, kan gebeuren. In de badkamer zaten wat scheuren in de verf op het plafond, zag er niet zo netjes uit.

The property has too many problems. Firstly the toilet area and bathroom is way too small. If a big person came to this place could never fit into the bathroom. I went to the toilet and my shoulder was leaning against the wall. The air conditioning was leaking. The fridge was leaking. There was mould and dampness throughout the whole room. First of all you could smell people cooking in the facility inside your room and everywhere in the building. I complain to the staff and they said to me this is normal. I’ve travelled for over 40 years and I’ve never been in a place where you could smell someone’s cooking inside your room. I complained to the staff on several things and still haven’t heard anything from the manager. I will be looking forward to speaking to someone in Booking.com in regards to this sort of Accommodation.
