"Disappointing"

Only the location and the fairly easy access to the room.

Room and bathroom not clean, lights generally inadequate and half of them in the bathroom didn’t work. Bathroom fan unbelievably noisy, and in order to turn it off you also had to switch off the lights (those of them that worked). The room was smaller than what you got the impression from the photos. And generally not clean.

Location a little away from main square but walkable to everything you need. Laundry facilities. Some nice touches like coffee pods and some biscuits and jam. Staff were very accommodating

All the information was shared with us via WhatsApp before check-in. When we arrived at the property, they were very supportive with all the necessary guidance about the hotel, the room, and the city. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and was equipped with everything we needed. Although we experienced a technical issue with the WiFi, they quickly resolved it by providing a portable WiFi. Overall, the team was very attentive and solution-oriented — we were very satisfied with our stay.

"Everything was good."

Great location, close to the city center. The room was very comfortable and well-designed. The office staff were extremely helpful and maintained excellent communication with us throughout our stay. I would like to thank them for their attention to guest satisfaction. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak, but the portable Wi-Fi support was helpful. Hot water also took some time to warm up. There were some minor cleanliness issues in certain parts of the room, and the lighting could be improved as it was a little dim.
