Owner was a perfect host! My 5th time in Cozumel competing in Ironman and first time staying here…. But it won’t be my last

Carlos the owner lives on site and was helpful with and restaurant and beach club recommendations. The ladies that work there were friendly and helpful. Location is close to main square, numerous shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay in Cozumel. This hotel is in a great central hotel minutes from everything. The owner Carlos is on site and will help you with restaurants, scooter or bike rentals etc. The outdoors area are great, lots of areas to relax. The staff does a great job of keeping the premises immaculate. The breakfast provided is a good way to start your day. We will be back

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Quinta Suites. Very convenient to the central square, restaurants and dive shops. The owner lives on premises and is only a WhatsApp message away if you need anything. The rooms are maintained spotlessly. Water pressure is strong. Laundry is included, and you don’t even have to do it yourself! Give it to one of the lovely staffers, and they will bring it back clean, dry, and folded.

Lovely property with clean, spacious rooms and great staff that is highly responsive and kind. Loved staying here. Location can't be beat. My sister and I visited for Ironman weekend and had an amazing time. Carlos is the property manager, he is very nice and gives great suggestions of places to visit/eat/rent bikes, etc. When we go back to Cozumel we will stay here again.

The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Rooms are a bit worn, but scrupulously clean. Great location in Centro district, walking distance to the grocery store, beautiful small rooftop pool. Small kitchen is nice for breakfast and lunch. Wi-Fi is great, Netflix included for free. Air con worked well. Owner Carlos is really nice and responds to guest requests quickly. They will even do your laundry for free. Rinse rack available for scuba divers. Hotel is gated for security. Cons: a 2” memory foam mattress topper would do wonders for bed comfort. Street noise can be loud until midnight when Centro quiet down. Overall, Quinta Suites will be my first choice on my next trip to Coz.

Top QUINTA (5) reasons why we LOVED our stay: 1. It felt like home as soon as we sat in the terraza/patio. Cool breeze, cozy, and quiet. 2. The area & surrounding areas were always clean and well-kept. The rooms were decent. Housekeeping was superb! 3. Walkable, easy access to the restaurants and bars, the hospital, the pier, the mall (like a Walmart, for a generalized comparison), the municipal market (if you like to do groceries like the locals). Take a walk and relax in the Plaza at night. Eat Churros for dessert!. 4. Most guests are divers so the place is pretty much empty during the day; i.e., quiet. 5.Get a personalized service from the man himself: Carlos. It's like coming home to your favorite brother who is present but not annoying and unobtrusive.

Quinta Suites was everything we wanted and expected and then some. 1 block from the ocean and lots of restaurants and shops all around the property. Lots of space in your room/suite. Kitchenette with fridge is great with a coffee maker as well. VERY CLEAN! We will be back. Loves that we were all like family. Met some great new friends. Carlos the property manager is GREAT too!! Already planning our next visit.
