West Bridgford Classy 2bed Flat

This property is a good base for the area. The property was spacious, had everything we needed. It was exactly what we needed, a place to stay whilst visiting the local attractions. The host was clear with their guidance to access the property and very responsive. Parking was excellent!

This was not a problem for us, but it may impact some visitors. The property is part of a block of apartments and there are 2 flights of stairs to access it as its on the top floor. There is no lift, so if you find stairs a challenge, please consider this.

Shower..Only a trickle of water,no pressure .Had to use the sink.Horrible smell in the stair well of cat litter tray.🤮

Location and two bedrooms

The 36 stairs not declared where is the Accessibility Statement. The child’s single beds ,when there is room for 3ft singles . No lounge but did know this from the description. The cleaner changed the key code and we were not told of the change until we chased the owner.

Location.

No lounge to relax and socialise in. Many fruit flies in apartment. Towels felt wet even when dry. Lastly table lamp in main bedroom has fault plug wiring which may be dangerous.

The flat is in a great location 15 mins walk from West Bridgford and close to Trent bridge and both football stadiums

Maybe we were unlucky but there were lots of small black flies in the flat. No matter how many we got rid off more came. Owner informed and planned to deal with it, sadly too late for our stay.

Location good, bed comfy

No living room, odd smell in property and throughout communal areas. Wasn’t the cleanest, shower doors didn’t close properly, odd smell from toaster

a coffee machine or plunger or filter would be a great addition
