Fır Fresh ait when you öpen the Windows lots of insects and fiies get incide. Maybe an air conditioner would be helpful.

Good location, comfy beds, easy parking, convenient 5 minute drive from train station/ city centre. Fine for 1 or 2 nights as a base to explore Nottingham. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Flat was quite tired in places, very basic and the kitchen/ cupboards smelt of damp. The flat was very hot. I think it was overpriced for what it was, no lounge and twin beds were very narrow.
