Good Area for shops.

Great location, close to everything. Modern, clean apartment.

Excellent all round Beds were a little uncomfortable but really everything was great

It's very new and very nice which is now a new average for this area.

Was told we will have water view and this is the reason we booked this one. But turned out our flat facing junction of two roads with all night traffic and bikes making noice. Tried to contact manager and left VM. But no response. So it was more of torture with no sleep

The accommodation was excellent, contactless check in was easy, excellent communication from the staff via email and the building is very well maintained. The only downside was there was not aircon in the second bedroom but other than that the accommodation was 10 out of 10, and I would definitely come back.

One of the worst places we have ever stayed. The apartment itself was modern and in a great location. That’s where is ends. The 3 bedroom apartment was so dirty that I’m sure I was bitten by fleas while sitting in the very dirty armchair. It may have been from the makeshift “rugs” on the ground however. The furniture was so bad that not only was it stained and torn, but a dining chair simply broke while my 3 year old was sitting on it eating her dinner. There were the most basic utensils and what was there were all second hand/very old. For example there was one pot from the 70’s and no potato masher. May seem small but when there’s kids you expect the basics. Only one t.v. Again small issue but for a 3 bed apartment you expect at least 2, especially in 2023 and in new building. The t.v that was there, was not a smart t.v so it was free to air only. Again, it’s 2023. One fan not working in one of the bedrooms and the small living room air con did not service them so bedrooms 2 & 3 were hot. The owner clearly does not care for or respect people staying in their property. Other than this, check in is terrible! If you ignore this review you will understand what I’m talking about. It’s self check in ONLY with no one to contact. So forget trying to get an early check in etc. Don’t book the 3 bed apartment. Trust me. It’s gross.

The location is brilliant close to shops etc. My only complaint was the smell in the room it was not very nice.

I liked the clear instructions on how to retrieve keys and map for parjing, modern rooms are cosy

Was there for work, beautiful place to stay, and had to extend the days and the staffs were very helpful for that.
