Direct Collective - Rhythm on Beach

I've stayed on quite a few occasions for business travel and it is very serviceable. Basically an apartment complex with some short-term lets. In no way a hotel. Could do with a gym and a pity they discontinued having reception open at peak times. But otherwise a good, comfortable option for Maroochydore short-stays.

Great rooms, tidy and excellent location. Just a shame the admin team made an error with keys and check in, resulting in us opening the door to another guests room!

Our stay was easy with the hotel being conveniently located within walking distance of most major POI. Modern, large rooms with aircon.

So many rules, you can't do this, you can't do that. The worst communication of any property I've ever stayed at. No communication or confirmation of check in until I called 10 mins before arrival. Very slack, very poor.

If you’re making a last minute booking for a hotel forget it. I received no email to tell me how to enter the property. I was having an online conversation with Harish in India for 1 hour with ne joy. In the end I drove to the property and rang the after hours manager and gained entry. Contactless entry is great in theory, but my experience was painful. Considering the websites name is Lastminute.com it could have been dealt with a lot better. The property itself is excellent value and beautifully appointed and the after hours managerRochelle was very helpful.
