Perello Old Town

Location was superb

Musty smelling and cleanliness was substandard. Bedding and pillows poor and worn.

Lockett was 5 min walk to waterfront.

Noise at night from other guests in next door apartment. Also people walking in the street late at night.

The check-in and location of the apartment were very good. Very close to the old town and all the sights around the city center. Good restaurants and even parking was close by possible.

The door is a bit broken (is not closing all the way/the closing mechanism is broken) and could be restored/replaced. With the current situation its a bit noisy from the outside.

Location close to the old town and main transport hubs - Split Ferry and Bus Terminal.

The place was very dirty. Smell of mould. In particular in the bathroom and kitchen. Very uncomfortable bed. Acces to the bedroom via extremely steep stairs - not recommended for children. TV did not work - no antenna or Internet connected. The owner promised to fix it however nothing has been done.

The room was very basic. Expensive for what we paid. The pillows were awful. The noise was terrible with people walking past all through the night and then the suitcases started early in the morning. Apart from the location I was disappointed.

This property is about 5 minutes outside the old city walls (N.B. everything is 5 minutes from everywhere). There was a power outage when we were in our room. It was C40°+ outside. Needless to say, the electronic key doesn't work in a blackout. Keep the key handy. Loved our visit.
