One of the rooms was very very nice, the other cramped for 4 people

Good location

1. There was no kitchen paper. 2. Wardrobe and tables were covered with dust. When I sent the photo to the owners they said "are you searching for dirt in the Wardrobe?" 3. No windows for the entire apartment

The property was very close to all the city sights and we felt super secure. The manager always responded to our questions immediately. Beautiful bathroom too. Air conditioning worked perfectly and so quiet you could hardly tell it was on. Nice restaurant 20 yards away.

The bed was due for replacement and the manager already has a new one onone in order.

Smells like mold, dirty, horrible DO NOT ENTER even if its for free!!

I enjoyed my stay at this location. It served its purpose for what I was looking for. A reasonably priced place to sleep. It was within walking distance to everything, and also in a quiet part of town. I didn't take pictures of the room only a video, which doesn't give an option to load. But the room was perfect for a solo traveler with a great bathroom.

Their checkout time, which is at 10am (which to me is way to early, being that most places give until 11am - 12pm checkout time. And if allowed late checkout depending on initial checkout time, they give you 1 hour). They don't offer any sort of late checkout. Although when I asked the morning of, they gave me until 10:30 and we're kind enough to allow me to vacate the property at 11:00am. But if they would have giving me a late check time, when initially asked, instead of offering it the morning of. I wouldn't be writing this review.
