Perello Old Town

Location was amazing, so close to old town split and all kind of restaurants/ supermarkets. The bed was comfortable and the room even had a humidifier.

The airco stops every 2 hours so you'd wake up in the middle of the night because the rooms gotten hot this was quite frustrating. The towels where like sandpaper. Also, Be careful following gps when you arrive, it sends you down a walkpath that looks like you are allowed to park on the side, we saw 4 ppl getting blocked in by car and amost unable to get back out again.

The room was ideal for exploring the old town. There was a small shop and some food outlets within a couple of hundred metres. The room was clean and comfortable.

The self check in and WhatsApp messages meant the room was difficult to find in the dark. Maybe a clearer sign could solve this. It's not a huge issue, but it could help. There seemed to be a lot of people looking for other apartments in the same predicament.

Good location

No parking as it stated. Impossible to park anywhere close. It’s like a hole with a small window.

Great location in the city center

The room smelled really bad of fungus and old drain pipes, causing all our clothes and belonging to smell when we returned home. The AC turned off every 60min, and the bed was old worn and not comfortable.

Good location close to Old Town and the room was clean.

It was good for a quick stop over, but I wouldn’t stay here for more than a night. Quite a lot of noise coming from the street. It was a bit cramped for a group of 4, 2 people would be fine though.

The location was fantastic and the bar/cafe across the street was lovely.

The rooms were not very clean and there was dirt everywhere, particularly on the floor. The shower curtains were filthy and need to be changed. The shower in one of the rooms were flooding.
