Great location for the Railway Station and Norwich Cathedral. Self contained with a stove top and microwave oven. There is facility to leave your luggage before and after your stay.

Kitchen was a little under resourced.

Sofa bed needs replacing. Table and chairs to eat (remove useless coffee table). Crockery cupboard out of reach unless over 1.7 MTs Little more crockery and glassware needed (sets) Toaster pop up broken

Great location near bus stop, station. They responded quickly when shower heating element went out.

No cleaning or linen service for 2 weeks. We had to ask before we got clean sheets, towels, floors cleaned. We were asked to wash dishes silverware, empty trash before we left. Little warm on hot summer days. No dining table. Just a bar.4

Close to center, more like a hotel room with kitchenette. Comfortable beds

When hot only a fam and one window

The property was really good, well equipped with everything you needed for a stay. The location is great with lots of places in walking distance. The parking was a bonus.

There was nothing not to like about this apartment.

great stay all in all! Just some minor things to improve next people's stay: the kitchen drawers could be cleaned from time to time (but the whole flat was uper clean!). Getting the key with the dial was a bit of a struggle at times.
