"Great location and host but in need for some improvements"

Location was great ! Host was very nice left eggs, bread, milk and juice.

Basic things were missing like body wash, shampoo. No elevator or handrail going up to the third floor with luggage. The bathroom was extremely small and the bathroom ceiling had spots all over that looked like mold.

The location is amazing and they were very friendly and accommodating. Everything was very comfortable.

The only issue with the property was there was no parking close by for our car. It would have also been nice if soap was provided for the shower.

Fazal met us on arrival and was very friendly, offering us suggestions for our stay in Edinburgh. There were breakfast supplies and a coffee machine meaning we could make food before we went out each day. The flat was warm, comfortable and clean and the location was perfect for getting anywhere on foot. Highly recommended!!

There could have been some butter or condiments.

Nice rooms, great location, welcoming food which was a nice touch, and surprisingly quiet.

The bathroom was extremely small, shower bit of a squash.
