Overall, it’s got a good location, and serves the purpose.

The property is rough around the edges. It’s modern, but needs TLC… scuffs on the wall, carpet ripped and sharp nails on the carpet grips etc… But, it’s modern, clean, TVs in all rooms etc… just needs some TLC.

The two bedrooms are good and we like them.

We're sad to hear missed a TV remote, and the price is £46. There's no place for free parking and far away from the apartment to get paid parking. The sofa bed type and the shower room are not comfortable. There is no cleaning agent in the bathroom and kitchen as well.

Close to tram. Fairly spacious accommodation.

Carpets dirty. Wet room did not drain correctly leaving each person to wipe the floor. Beds were very uncomfortable. Security was an issue with other tenants leaving the main door unlocked.

Location is perfect for walking distance of many activity attractions, as well as the beach itself so is convenient. Contacting admin services were efficient with both an email and a out of hours number line. Overall the actual flat is adequate for price with visible inconveniences

One bedrooms light switch doesn't function One bedside cabinet broken/dismantled Bathroom has no lock and poor water drainage system WiFi connection is really bad Open shower situations makes the water drainage system a problem as the water spreads to other areas Living room high chairs are too high compared to the table and uncomfortable for sitting and posture and the TV streaming services were unused as connection was impossible.
