Water in the shower coming in the living room

Stayed here from the 24th till the 26th of Aug 22 ...the place was dirty ...whatever you do don't use the cooker that is disgusting plus wear something on your feet the carpet is ming·ing ...the tell you to take photo's of any problems before hand and report them incase you lose your deposit ...shame they don't sort out previous problems ..this place could be great peeling flakey paint on the walls not a good look for the price they charge

I didn't like the wet carpet in the living room and also water on the floor in bathroom, it would have been better if it had a proper built in shower to stop the water from flowing to the living room carpet because it was smelling.

Property was described as wheelchair friendly but despite having a roll in shower & wider bathroom door there was no shower stool/seat. My friend who was in a wheelchair had no support to get a shower. We had to go & purchase a garden chair from a local shop. Called Sasco who deal with apartments, they blamed booking.com for wrong listing even though it was listed on their website the same. Told us they would try & get a chair down to us but no guarantees, we were down for 2 nights & didnt get anything from them until late into our 2nd day when we had already left for the day. Had several conversations with them about the wrong listing & looking for some sort of gesture, nothing, zilch. Everyone is pointing fingers at other people. Still had no apology from anyone. No money back or gesture, not even refunded the cost of the chair we purchased ourselves. Landlord is refusing to offer money back as they provided a chair(no appreciation that it was the 2nd day & after we had already left for the day, seems we were expected to stay there & wait for them to come sort it. My friend had the embarrassment of having to ask his friends for support to get in & out of shower due to no facility taking away his independence which is massive to him. No acknowledgement of this, no apology just buck passing. Very poor advertising, shocking customer service & simply put a company to avoid as they dont care at all about their customers once they have your money!

The location it good close to the beach but the store it’s far to go buy things for breakfast or dinner

Shower room and toilet it’s good clean but the big problem is after taking shower the water still there it’s not going properly it stay there for 3 days make my kids inconfortable to take shower because the wash room was flooded all the rooms was clean perfect 👍 please please 🙏 sorte out shower room drain
