The staff were friendly especially Topsita at the reception, So quick to act on our requests. The buffer breakfast was. good I liked the fruits The room was so spacious. and clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower was so good . The garden views were breath taking. I loved the welcome fruit basket

We missed our breakfast on the last day we requested packed breakfast the previous night but in the morning it was not ready and our taxi was waiting. Our taxi driver waited for almost 30minutes nobody informed us The bedside carpet in the room should be removed nearly tripped because of folded edges and the window it's broken.

This is by far the best hotel in the area - not ‘5 star’ by European standards but a very strong hotel by Ugandan standards! Everywhere is clean and the rooms are relatively modern. The reception and pool area is beautiful and I liked the pond with exotic song birds nesting. Restaurant food is decent and not too slow. Staff are friendly and well trained. I enjoyed my stay.

The connecting road to reach the property from the main road needs fixing.

Awareness or follow-up on broken details sometimes missing for this level of premium hotel, however a friendyl smile and request usually gets things done.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einen tollen Hotel. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern. Das Personal was sehr bemüht und extrem freundlich. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und war sehr sauber. Kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Eventuell im Pool die Löcher im Boden abdecken. Verletzungsgefahr!
