Hotel San Martin

I loved how centered it was. Everything was walking distance. Also, it was an extremely safe town. I absolutely loved it.

I did not like that you could hear everything from other rooms. I felt there was not enough privacy in our room.

Perfect location in the city center, very nice staff and comfortable room. I highly recommend

Todo muy bien, muy amables en su recepción. Un único detalle fue el desagüe de la regadera, pero todo excelente.

Beware, my daughters smartphone was STOLEN while on a horseback riding tour offered by this hotel. My daughter booked a horseback riding tour yesterday for 2 adults and 1 child. One of the young tour guides STOLE my daughters smartphone from her backpack. When my daughter realized her phone was stolen, she went to a local internet cafe to report it as stolen in the apple app. The phone was already turned off. She contacted the tour owner Manuel, who asked her how much she was willing to offer as a reward for the phones return. We spoke with a reputable tour guide around the corner who confirmed these guys are dishonest. Stay away and book from an honest tour company.

El Hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado y el trato del personal muy amable

amazing location , just off of the main zocalo/central square … and friendly staff - lovely rooms and a nice little courtyard area

walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on outside your room very loudly - also it was freezing cold at night and although the beds have an extra layer of blankets on the bed it was still uncomfortably cold for me. I feel the cold very easily and the climate is not the hotels fault and I survived :) overall I was happy with the hotel though!
