Sevsamora Resort & Spa

Lovely hotel, but there were a few things wrong as well. The swimming pool and sauna was beautiful. We both had a massage, which was very good. The WiFi was terrible in the room, but ok in the reception and bar.

Reception couldn't take my payment from various different cards, it was suggested that my cards were no good, but in the end they found a machine that worked. We also came here to use the gym, which was "not working". Also the website shows a row of e-bikes, so I was hoping to hire one, but that wasn't available either. The hotel was too expensive for the experience received.

Lovely staff in the restaurant

The room advertised on booking.com that we paid for was not the room we were given. The bathroom had no shade (it was “broken”) and was exposed to the balcony that was open to people walking by. The gym was “broken”. The front desk staff was rude and condescending when we asked for assistance. The photos on instagram are deceiving, this is a poorly run hotel.
