Il y a qu’un seul restaurant.

Sandy bungalow est situé sur une plage où il y a seulement 3 hôtels dont le tube resort qui gère Sandy et au bout de la plage the One beach resort Nous avons été accueilli dès la sortie du bateau sur le ponton et à l enregistrement dans le salon une boisson fraîche nous a été servie. Le manager très sympathique et serviable nous a accompagné aux bungalows (1 en 1 ère ligne l autre en 2de mais comme ils sont disposés en quinconce on aperçoit la mer de tous) Le bungalow est confortable il y a une bouilloire , un sèche cheveux, des produits pour la douch et la clim. Et quel bonheur d être face à la mer ! Nous y étions en début de saison des pluie donc il n y avait que nous (3 personnes sauf le we ou des familles de Sihanoukville arrivent) le tube resort était fermé et nous avons pu utiliser la piscine face mer, et au One resort où nous déjeunions (entente entre hôtels) il y avait une dizaines de personnes. Il y a des coussins pour les chaises longues, des petites épiceries (boissons gâteaux sucrés salés) glaces, soupes de pâtes très pratique pour le repas d am) car le seul resto ouvert le soir était le One où les plats sont très bons et le personnel sympa mais les prix un peu élevés ( de 8 à 12 $) Le chemin d accès par la jungle pour aller à Saracen bay se fait en basket, évitez les tongs car il y a des passages difficiles ( 50 mn) Mais chiller sur la plage du Sandy bungalow c est très bien aussi. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter complètement de la plage mais c était très reposant et agréable. Le bateau du retour nous a directement ramené à Sihanoukville en 20 mn ( buva sea compagnie) Merci au Sandy pour ces 5 jours superbes.

Qu il n y ait pas le choix au niveau des restaurants, certainement la période creuse .

These bungalows are actually unreal, the view, the bathroom and the bedroom. The air con gets nice a cold. You get free breakfast at one of the restaurants nearby which is delicious and next to the beach.

This may be only our experience however, we had a returning rat come into our room rummaging through our bin and climbing the tables for food through the night which kept us up all night one night (we stayed 2 nights) we let the staff know and someone came to clear it out however, the rat was not there when they arrived. There must be a hole which it can easily access through (in the bathroom) which sucks because it is a very nice bungalow but this fellow rat ruined it for us.

Sandy Beach Resort was all we'd hoped for.. A perfectly comfortable wooden chalet right on the beach with a lovely porch to sit out on when we weren't just chilling on the beach :-) The food was great, the breakfasts really good and the service was impeccable. The sea was beautiful and the snorkelling over by the rocks was fabulous. I'd seen a number of negative reviews about the resort (mainly about the prices in the restaurant), but we really couldn't fault it and will definitely be going back

The staff was amazing.. always helpful! The bungalows were quaint and comfortable!

Construction work with caterpillars all day (and sometimes at night) directly next to the cottages, lots of garbage behind the huts (rusty tractors, construction garbage, bottles, plastic...). there are only 3 resorts on this beach, to get to the beach wirh some bars etc you'll have to walk 1,5hrs through the jungle or take a boat (only possible in daytime). so you can only eat in the restaurants (expensive for cambodia, burger 7$) or shop in a badly equipped minimarket. Better price/value in Thailand, even on touristic islands like Koh Samui or Koh Phangan!

The room was lovely and good facilities. The views were amazing

There is not much there apart from the hotel, one restruarnt which the food takes a very long time to come. It is not near the main pier so you have to get a boat which costs each way and can end up being very expensive
