Price was too high for the facility. It showed great in pictures but not in person.

Waterfalls

Room was very basic with uncomfortable bed. Definitely thought it was overpriced

The scenery of the hotel was beautiful. It was located right on waterfalls and there are great places on the property to take pictures. It's a very relaxing and scenic hotel. They had outdoor seating too which was great! They had a neat service on the tv where it would give you ideas sort of like concierge at your fingertips. There was a little mini fridge in the room which was nice. The hotel also had free coffee and tea in the lobby.

I did not like the pillows in the hotel. They were very uncomfortable. There was some loud noises at night which woke me up. It was a little pricey for the location.

They were amazing with making every guest feel at home. I was having a terrible day and just the stay alone turned everything around for me as well as making my birthday special

I had no idea what to expect as I usually travel to a warm climate during the winter. I have to say the Ledges Hotel was absolutely wonderful! We stayed at the two bedroom suite with a full kitchen, living room and 1 & 1/2 baths. We received a breakfast credit which we used at their sister hotel, The Settlers Inn, where I received the best breakfast, I think I've had in my life LOL. The town itself is adorable and the people are super friendly. We plan to visit again in the Spring.

A very cool hotel! This converted old factory practically sits on top of lovely waterfalls. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The cozy lobby has a working fireplace, and, at the time of our visit, was decorated for Christmas. The board games were a nice touch to while away chilly winter evenings. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and we were happy to take advantage of the breakfast credit at the Cocoon.

The decor in our room could use some upgrades (eg carpeting).

Had to drive to breakfast, but it was very good.
