"Love it and will go back!"

Staff is friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The view of the waterfall is amazing! You can stay at the bar and not have to go in the restaurant, and have dinner sitting comfortably on a couch by the window.

The views are great although the waterfall was frozen, the rooms are cold & small the decor was blah . The people are very friendly but they leave at 9pm & if you have any issues then you’re out of luck until the next morning. I would have to rate this at 2 1/2 stars

We stayed here for our Anniversary weekend. It was a beautiful and peaceful place. The food at glass was wonderful as was the staff , especially front desk.

"Unique!"

A very unique hotel!! The waterfall was frozen and just beautiful! The room was very small, but that was our choice. The service was excellent! Nice having the restaurant and bar under the same roof.
