I didn’t like that in the select a room area I did not see an option. For the falls view in the rooms

I stopped here after a retreat at the Himalayan Institute. Everything about this place is great. Prices are a bit higher because they provide access to their sister properties, that I did not take advantage of. Under different circumstances, I absolutely would. I opted to walk up to breakfast and it did not disappoint! The property being directly on a waterfall was quite soothing and entertaining in its own right.

My only regret was that I didn't have more time to take advantage of the amenities. This is a hotel that wants you to enjoy your stay, not simply sleep there.

Awesome

Not as advertised. The place needs a lot of TLC. The carpets are worn, dingy and need to be cleaned or replaced. A deep cleaning and fresh coat of paint in the rooms would be a game changer. Room 202 has a beautiful view of the falls but based on the cleanliness and condition of the room, I wouldn't pay peak rates for it. There was no robe, no double shower head, the fake leather sofa is peeling and the fabric chairs need a deep cleaning. The most clean and beautiful room is the lounge. I was disappointed. Despite the views and accommodating staff, I'm not sure I'd go back!

Location was great and the staff very friendly!

Great place!!! Very clean, modern and spacy. We could enjoy beautiful river and frozen water fall view from our room. Every staff member was super friendly. Only thing we didn't like was that the water pressure of shower was pretty weak. But over all, it was exellent hotel to stay. We must come back in summer time!!

Lovely little scenic hotel in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Great spot for a couples trip.

The view was lovely.. spiral staircase a unique feature.. good space to unwind
