Ledges Hotel

Very nice outdoor seating area with a series of waterfalls going past the restaurant.

Room was smaller than expected. No mini refrigerator or microwave. Noisy family above.

It was so beautiful and peaceful.

Beautiful property. Hospitality is top notch! Especially the front desk! What I enjoyed most was having access to the other 2 properties and having access to all the amenities they offer as well! Take advantage of the shuttle at night. Worth it!!!

This was a weekend get away for my son and I. We were exploring the areas around Hawley and wanted to stay at Ledges because it is so beautiful and serene. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, we were even able to bring our senior pup along with us during our stay. The room was so much bigger than we anticipated and we really found it to be unique and comfortable. We ate at the onsite restaurant and the food was good. We definitely want to visit the area and stay at the hotel again sometime over the summer.

The room was very small and had a limited view of the parking lot. The floors above us were very creaky and there was a party going on Friday night that woke me up. I went up stairs and told the people in room 203 about my situation. "We will stop in six minutes." They didn't. The hotel has no 24/7 help. In the am, I told the older woman at the front desk about this and she stated, "Why did you put yourself in this situation." "It's not about me. Don't put this back on me." I guess since there were many people in that party, they paid more than I did. I loved the waterfall and was able to sit on the middle deck most of the afternoon. Too bad the above had to happen.

The staff were outstanding! Friendly, warm, welcoming. The scenery is spectacular. I'll definitely come back.

Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

I like that it was a unique hotel in a unique setting. The breakfast credits were a good bonus. The hotel staff seemed very accommodating. The Glass restaurant onsite was pricey but food was good.

The rooms need major updating. The air conditioner was loud at night, the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. Looked like in the rooms that the celling was falling apart. For what they charge a night this should be looked at.
