Da localização, de cada casa ter disponivel um pequeno espaço exterior único e a zona de preparação de refeições e convívio. A acomodação tem uma boa qualidade e excelente higienização.

Do ruído provocado pela circulação de veículos na Estrada Nacional. Apesar de ter uma barreira acústica feita por uma cortina de arborea, verifico que não é suficiente para garantir o conforto acústico no interior da acomodação. Mas esta situação é passível de ser melhorada com painéis acústicos. Devo referir que precisa ser melhorada a iluminação nos acessos aos módulos 3 e 4.
