Monte do Mosteiro CountryHouse

At the time of our visit, the modern studio bungalows were apparently not available, so we stayed in the three-bedroom apartment, which turned out to be excellent value for money even though a but more rustic. The apartment offers different room setups, with mattresses ranging from medium-firm to very soft depending on the bedroom. Air conditioning is available in two of the three bedrooms, but not in the other rooms. The hot water supply worked very well. The kitchen is functional but very basic - coffee pods are provided, but essentials such as oil or salt are missing.

The apartments are clearly designed as pure holiday accommodations, meaning there is very little traditional service or interaction beyond the basics. There is no real introduction to the property or information about activities in the area, and the arrival process could be improved. We were asked to message upon arrival at the gate, which we did both 20 minutes beforehand and again once there, but it still took another 10 minutes for the gate to be opened. After a long day of travel, this felt somewhat inconvenient. The location is in an industrial area outside of town, so a car is definitely necessary. On the positive side, the area was quiet during our stay.

It's deluxe independence suite, beyond your imagination. I can't believe the price I paid is for that comfortable level. it's hidden gem.

This was really a piece of heaven beautiful so well worth it's money, clean well received, clear communication, yes it was one of my favourite places on my walk to fatima
