La ubicación es perfecta , al lado de Avda Almirante Reis, muy cerca del metro , supermercados etc...el edificio muy seguro y tranquilito ,el apartamento tiene un baño muy limpio y una ducha enorme y con presión , la terracita es muy agradable para tomar el sol , tiene de todo , útiles de cocina ,secador , plancha , calefacción, la persona que te recibe es un señor educadísimo y amable . La cocina es realmente útil y completa , la cama es comodísima.

Ha sido terrible el olor que emanaba de las tuberías creo que del baño , realmente era insoportable algo horrible , llegó a tal extremo que tuvimos que indicárselo a la propiedad, respondieron a nuestra demanda y hablamos con el encargado que era muy amable y se acercó a traer un ambientador para dejar en el baño pero ni así se mitigó el fuerte olor, nos informó que era un problema de las instalaciones del edificio , en la habitación también parece que hay problemas de humedad en las paredes , ambas cosas nos afectaron tanto que una de las huéspedes tuvo dolor de cabeza y vómitos , Tuvimos que estar todo el tiempo ventilando con las ventanas abiertas. No queríamos estar apenas dentro del apartamento porque el olor era nauseabundo y muy molesto , aclarar que en ningún caso tenía que ver con la limpieza ya que el baño estaba impoluto .... pero lo hemos pasado muy mal con el olor y el frio que hemos pasado ya que teníamos siempre todo abierto Por otro lado un punto negativo es que hay un armario de dos puertas en el pasillo , una de ellas cerrada con candado y el lado que sí se puede usar está lleno de cosas de la casa , cojines , secador , plancha ventilador , almohadas, perchas pero no hay barra para colgar nada , también lo dijimos pero nos respondieron que la puerta cerrada con candado no se puede usar porque contiene cosas del staff , eso es un gran problema porque éramos 3 chicas que teníamos que ir a varios eventos durante 3 días y no había ni un colgador en las paredes ni un perchero ni un burro NADA , y no podíamos hacer uso del armario entonces tuvimos que usar nuestras propias maletas de armario , así no se puede organizar la ropa .

Amabilidade mantida mesmo quando por questões profissionais me mantive no espaço mais uma hora do que o suposto. Cozinha muito prática e funcional!

This was a complete disappointment, I reserved this because I saw the pictures and looked so good to spend a night with my family. Well let me start, I was asked to provide my check in time, I told them would ve at 4pm because we were going for a game and we wanted to make sure we could leave luggage and go. We got there and the first thing I saw were the blinds all bended and broken as if someone came and pretended to bend them all at once, we got in and the cleaning lady was still there barely starting. My daughter needed the bathroom so we were waiting for her to at least finish so my little girl could use it, I think she got mad, because she was asking me If we were planning to stay while she was cleaning in a demanding way, as if we came before we were supposed to. After that we webt our way and stayed at the game and upon arrival, we enter the place and looked so rundown, the blinds were destroyed, the walls dirty, the sofabed were my kids were supposed to sleep, gross. There was hair on it and dirty, the bathroom door doesn’t close, there was a super old fan in the room but that’s it. And to top it all off, it smelled disgusting, seems to me that the pipes had some issue because it smelled like sewage the WHOLE TIME. It did not smell clean, there was no shower soap and like I said, all walls were dirty, my kids did not want to sleep in the sofabed because it was so dirty, so we ended up all sleeping in that small bed us and our kids, because it was so gross.

Windows cartoons are broke. Sunlight straightway coming to the room. The dog poo everywhere in the staircase and corridor and the lift not cleaning being 5 days. Reported many times to the agencies they don't care about this matter. I got a disabled child has to go to third floor by staircase because dog poo everywhere in the lift, landing and corridors. Stay away from this properties
