"The worst experience of my life"

I have never felt so unsafe. Stuck in the middle of Lisbon with 3 young women; our suitcases full of valuable possessions and the time ticking away. We received no information about how to get in or where to go. Scary and problematic for everyone. The hotel itself when we finally got in did not cater for all of us. It also was falling to pieces. Literally. The entire room smelt like sewage.

HORRIBLE. Listed photos do not match broken state of property. Wall paint peeling, Shower leaking (unable to take shower), blinds broken, odd smell (like nobody lived there in a long time). Lack of communication. Distance to management office is office and inconvenient. Had to travel there twice, once to pickup key and second to complain about shower as no response to emails. Only shower head was replaced but everything else not addressed.

I stayed here from September 14th to 21st and let me tell you: the photos on the website do not capture the reality. I was also surprised when the host showed up with a credit card machine for an unexpected €250 deposit that was not disclosed beforehand. Not to mention that the elevator is blocked on certain floors by residents preventing guests from using it. The apartment did not appear to have been cleaned properly, as the host himself was picking up surface dirt from the floor. There was also a very disturbing smell in the bathroom that was not even noticeable if it was also coming from the kitchen. We were also surprised to find that none of the amenities included in the photos (toiletry kits and clean towels) were provided upon our arrival. It seems that the photos do not accurately portray the unit or the property itself. PLEASE NOTE: After my stay; It was verified that there would be a right to a refund of the security deposit, through one of the many calls that they never answer, but the refund never happened. When I asked Homing for help, they were very unhelpful and did not respond to any more messages, 2 months have passed without any information.

"gross (and smelly!)"

Stayed here with two friends and let me tell you—the photos did not capture the reality. When we arrived, we were unable to enter the building for over an hour because the keys are kept at an office 2 kilometers away. When we called and told Homing that we couldn’t make it there with our bags without getting an expensive cab, it took them 45 minutes to get someone to bring us the keys. I was also taken aback when the host showed up with a credit card machine for an unexpected €250 deposit, which was not disclosed beforehand. Not to mention the elevator was broken and we had to drag our heavy luggage up many flights of stairs. The apartment did not look to have been properly cleaned. There was also a very disturbing smell from the bathroom and the shower door fell off its hinges almost immediately. We were also surprised to find that none of the amenities included in the photos (toiletry kits and fresh towels) were provided upon our arrival. We ended up having to book a hotel because we were very displeased with the experience. It seems that the photos do not accurately depict the unit or the property itself. When I inquired for assistance from Homing, they were very unhelpful and did not respond to any messages.

The walls of the bedroom vere peeling and shabby, and it smelled a lot of sewage and humidity. I would not recommend anyone staying there, and even less for the families with kids (as it was our case).

"I felt as my home"

I stayed 5 nights with my 2 daughters. Everything was fine. The metro and bus stop is very close. The room was clean and comfortable.

When I arrived the Hotel, the key wasn't there, I had to collect the key from another place in rato. It wasn't easy for me with two little children. I had to deposit 250 euro.
