The rooms were spacious

Terrible location, run down building and dirty streets. No hot water or staff present to repair it, so we spent the 2d stay without

The property was in a good location, however there are no lifts in the building so not accessible for wheelchair users or people that struggle with stair. The flat itself was spacious and airy.

The shower head stand was broken so it was awkward to shower, discovered that there was no working water and after multiple tries to fix the issue it still didn’t work. I can see this place being rather nice if the amenities were all working

Habitación grande, salón grande. Bien equipado con el secador de palos y planchar para la ropa. La estación de tren muy cerca.

Malos olores de tabaco, a pesar de que no se puede fumar. Fuerte olor a tabaco en el salón.

This is a very very nice apartment, worth every penny I paid.

Would have liked to have mentioned that the availaibility was at the top floor and no lift was available.

No elevator

Very modern interior. Got the job done. Has a washer/dryer to clean your clothes. Has all cooking appliances you'd need. Has dishwasher which helps. That's about it, it works and it's modern but it's nothing special.

Shower head leaked and was floppy. Shower is a glass half wall so water will splash everywhere. The washer/dryer combo is very loud and as it's a combo it just doesn't dry very well. Fridge has a smell when we got there. We cleaned out the smell by placing bicarb in there during our stay. Booked for 3 people and when we got there there were only 2 sets of towels out so I messaged asking if we can request more towels and was told they don't provide extra. Turns out the 3rd set of towels was under the sofa bed so we found it eventually. So that was fine but I would have expected them to tell us where to find the towels. Location wasn't great to get to and neighbourhood is dodgy but that's alright. Street parking is a gamble since we didn't want to pay £10 a day so be aware that you'd struggle to find a spot on the street even though we got very lucky and always found one.
