scarsa pulizia dell'appartamento e soprattutto sporcizia delle scale, dell'ingresso e del cortile di accesso. ci vorrebbe qualche stoviglia in più.

The shower was full of hair and the water dont go down!

Location was great for us. The apartments were clean enough, deffo not spotless, but also fine. Comfortable enough but the furniture feels cheap and could easily break. Kitchen mostly equipped. Overall it was fine.

Communication with the host was non existent. They send clear instructions for the key pick up and loads of other random info, but didn’t respond to my question about parking and also they requested how we would like the beds set up (twin or double) and if the sofa bed needed making up but then completely ignored my response, which meant the sofa bed had no bed covers on, so god knows how many sweaty people have used that duvet! It was overall fine but I feel the price is too high for what is a very basic apartment in a rough area

I am extremely disappointed with this accommodation. The property offers a sofa bed for two people, yet it was not provided with proper clean bed linen. Instead, there were worn covers with visible urine stains, which were clearly unhygienic and unacceptable. We requested clean sheets, but the establishment did not even respond or make any attempt to resolve the issue. In addition, the area did not feel particularly safe or recommendable. We also encountered several other deficiencies: one of the dining chairs was broken and unusable, and the heating system was poorly programmed, switching off during the night and leaving the apartment uncomfortably cold. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

L’appartamento prima del nostro arrivo non è sto minimamente pulito! Appena entrate c’era un’odore fatiscente che poi abbiamo scoperto venisse dal water mai scaricato. Bagno sporco, lenzuola non cambiate ma semplicemente rigirate e macchiate. Il divano letto che doveva essere preparato prima del nostro arrivo , come concordato in precedenza, non è stato preparato e le lenzuola erano state posizionate SULL’armadio e non dentro. Nella vasca erano presenti dei peli, non oso immaginare gli asciugami in che condizioni fossero. Ripeto non spendete i vostri soldi per questa struttura!
