Lovely apartment

Check in procedure was unnecessarily long. Why have a seperate location for key collection if there is no key? Could be completed online with the id check

"Quaint but not suitable for lots of people"

Great location but very unusable flat. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are a ladder. Very steep and really not easy to use. If you are anyway physically impaired I would not consider this flat. Also if you have young children a definite no. The flat is accessed by 3 levels of stairs and a long corridor. Quaint if your a couple but family’s or older people give it a miss.

"Lovely cosy flat in the heart of the Barbican port."

Location is amazing. Lovely cute flat. very clean. Door code works fine. Great cafe/bakery just round the corner. Pubs and food all a few steps away from the front door. Very good value for money. would definitely stay here again.

The mattresses aren't the best but everything is really new, clean and lovely. (Some taps need to be tightened). The wifi password was not correct on the sheet but we used the one on the back of the hub fine. Going across to the hotel to register was probably my fault for not logging in properly with the email website. not sure. I think the location up 7 flights of stairs needs to be made a little more clear. It wasn't an issue for us.

"Lovely little hideaway in a central location"

Had everything we needed in a great location! Lovely decor aswell

The downstairs TV didn't work. Also didn't see the need to go to all the way to 'collect the keys' just to be told it's a key code which could have been emailed to us

it was okay but they scam you out for the deposit please guys don’t use them very bad charge 150 deposit says 7-10 days saying it sitting in the bank but they don’t pay you back for no reason
