The staff were very kind.

Booked a deluxe room advertised with a terrace. Was told after the booking that its subject to availability. Do not waste your money to get the room with a terrace.

Beautiful interiors and really friendly staff. Complimentary fruit platter was most welcome. Lovely tour of the Ebonylife building next door. Enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast options could be better as it felt a bit limited, dishes could replenished sooner so it's not empty.

The food was great. The staff are great people from the management at the front desk to the room service. When I arrived we had some problems with my booking through the booking.com app but the girl at the front desk took her time to take care of the problem and made sure I was taken care of. I can't complain about any of the employees. They're all great people and very nice and polite. I would stay again if my travels bring me back to Nigeria. I'm very appreciative of the service provided. Make sure you tip the staff because these people do their job very well and people need to show more appreciation for the services provided. Thanks for having me. I appreciate the warm welcome.

Great Location in V.I, very pleasant staff and very clean rooms. I asked the supervisor- a lady named Blessing- for a small discount to extend my stay. She included a complimentary meal.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and I loved the decor. They even welcomed me with a fruit spread which was quite thoughtful. Breakfast options were varied and tasty.
