excellent quiet location, good bus service, 10 minute walk to town centre. Also 10 minute walk to Penmere station.

Too heavy a duvet for summer temperatures.

Location and cleanliness.

Tripping hazards. I knew it had low ceilings and doorways, (I'm 6'2" but it was easy to remember the head height issue) but the step ups and downs were treacherous to say the least. Do I look up and not bang my head? Or do I look down and not stub my toes - or trip? But overall it was good. I treated it like a bit of an obstacle course.

Nice area, kitchen looked nice at first glance.

Was disturbed by guests asking to move my car as only 2 spaces but 3 cars were here on the night I arrived. Woken up to a fire alarm going off on the first morning after a 7 hour drive the night before, nobody knows why it went off and nobody came to explain what had happened. One of the kitchen cupboard handles fell off as we opened it, had just been placed back on after being broken by previous guests I'm guessing. The toilet roll holder is actually a door handle just stuck to the wall and not very stable. Very small apartment if you are a taller person, they do have mind your head signs but they are small and still manage to bang your head. Overall not a great experience and wouldn't recommend.

Well stocked and spacious, large tv/sofa room and close proximity to town. Spacious kitchen and eating area and nice outside space.

Very low ceilings, fine for us but tall people would struggle, especially in the bathroom. Not really enough space for more than 1 car as there’s a property above so I had to park on the road. Can hear the people above if they are walking around/watching tv/slamming doors.

The place was neat and clean, and having the whole apartment to ourselves was lovely. The apartment is close to town centre so accessibility wise also this was a good choice. The height of the walls is a bit shorter so people who are above 5ft 7in will have to be careful otherwise they will bang their head. Other than that, the place is as described and lovely to stay in.

We love that it's really home from home, after traveling a long way it's so much better than a small hotel room.You could easily stay here for a long holiday but unfortunately we were only able to stay for two nights.It has everything you need from cooking a lovely meal,the oven was spotless, not that I used it! Kitchen was well equipped,a lovely garden space for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night, lovely lounge, comfy bed and great shower.You don't feel cramped in you have space.We would definitely stay here again.Thankyou for the owners for allowing us to stay it's made our trip perfect.

There's absolutely nothing we didn't like, you can't fault anything.

Central location, Off road parking, behind a gate. Large rooms, plenty of room, and tastefully decorated, clean apart from areas mentioned below.

This is a big issue. The minute we opened the door we were hit with mouldy, damp smell. The bathroom and separate toilet did not have a window, and the bedroom and lounge had a tiny window each. infact the lounge window opened onto a hedge, so no through draft at all, and no fan on property. I slept in the lounge as the damp smell in the bedroom was terrible. The shower ceiling is extremely low, if you are over 1.8meters you would have to duck in the shower, The recycling was still in the bins from the previous occupiers. Lots of low beams that you have to duck under. These have been covered in foam, however my husband hit his head a good few times. One lady from the flats above walked into our apartment, granted the door was open, She thought that the communal area for the flats upstairs was in our apartment.
